I'm doing it with the Monstar Kids clothing range as Fiona had given me some images of her photo shoot for Summer 08/09.
I basically want to know what you prefer when browsing for clothing on the web!
Do you like seeing the garment worn on a body or just laid flat out on it's own with no distractions?
Here is an example of the same item below:

For more examples look at Monstar Kids category at the bpab shop.
Please let me know what your preference is.... leave a comment here or email me if you're a bit shy! Just for an added bonus I'll be giving away a Monstar Kids tee (of your choice) to one lucky commenter!
* the tee winner will be decided on 1st of Feb 2009. We've extended the comp. for another couple of weeks...so lets say Friday the 13th I'll draw the Winner. This is final!!
Wow! I didn't expect this post to turn out like this!! Never know what I might write when I'm on a role........
***THIS COMP IS FINISHED. Thanks for your comments.

On the floor, i think you get a better close up of the garment. Cute site, LOVE the name. I am so sick of 'boys don't wear pink' - tell that to the 2yo in the pink gumboots and cowboy hat!
I think on a body, then you can see the fit and length, I think the little girl looks so divine. This is a really lovely skirt!
From a dads perspective, i like the pic on the floor. Kids are all different sizes so its hard to compare... i think i prefer the close up...
Cute kids are too distracting! I too think 'on the floor' shots give you a better close up of the garment.
on a bod please - for sure !
I like one of each :) On the floor gives a good flat image and is great for close-ups of detail but on the body gives an idea of fit and the way the fabric hangs.
I've got a giveway that finishes on the 13th too. Come by and have a look :)
I like to have one of each but if I had to choose just one then I'd say on the floor.
I like one of each - maybe a large image of the clothes "on the floor" and a smaller image of them "on the kid" because sometimes things look very different on the body than they do on the hanger!
If it had to be restricted to one image then on the floor.
On a body, the picture with the skirt on a child has so much more life and warmth, it's much more appealing to me :-) However, it's useful to be able to see the full garment as well in many cases... Perhaps you could inlay a small image of it flat? Sounds like more work though...
